The process involves initial discussion with the hiring manager, followed by a system design assignment. There are a couple of technical deep dive sessions on the solution and general architectural aspects. I really enjoyed the discussion and the recruitment team is awesome. The only cons are, there is no proper feedback and open expression does not seem to be valued.
