Very easy and great interview process. Employer has a great organization and stays in touch with you throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with how the entire process was handled. i wish more companies handled things this way
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at athenahealth (Houston, TX) in Jul 2024

Don't waste your time applying for a position here. The entire process is extremely unprofessional and the experience I had seems to be a common trend after looking at other reviews.
Made it all the way to the final round of interviews and everyone claimed to have been very impressed. However, after multiple attempts to follow up with the recruiter no feedback was given. While after two follow ups it's safe to assume they moved on with another candidate thats not how you conduct business. Ghosting a candidate is not the answer simply tell them no so both parties can move on.
Hopefully this is an issue that is fixed within the recruiting department soon.
