I met with 10 team members, both in-person and virtual, 2 rounds of various skills exercises, multiple conversations with the internal athenahealth recruiter. Met with multiple people on team with whom open position would not be working directly. Behavioral questions revolved around athenahealth core values. Disconnect in communication between recruiter and hiring team.
