I applied online. I interviewed at athenahealth in Jun 2020
Interview
After i submitted my application, i quickly got a call back from Recruitment and had over the course of 1.5 weeks multiple(5-7) interviews that all went very well. I was told after this that they planned to continue interviewing applicants and that they would have an update in a week or so. After some time had past a bit i emailed Recruitment, letting them know my continued interest in the role and that to please let me know where they were in the interview process and if i was still being considered. They apologized that the decision was taking longer than expected but that they should have some news by the end of the week. Never heard from the company again after that.
I found the experience to be negative. I provided several hours on my time to discuss the position and my qualifications and received no feedback. I feel it would have been worth there time to provided a final update and let me know they went with someone else. The lack of communication with Recruitment was a huge disappointment.
