From the time I submitted the application until the last interview the entire process lasted 2 months. I spoke with a recruiter for a phone screening first, then with the hiring manager, and then a 2 hr interview with four members from the team. For the third and final round with the team I was required to put together a kick-off PPT presentation where I was acting as an integration lead. Despite having great interviews with everyone, and making it to the final round I didn't end up getting the job due to "less technical experience than other candidates". However, I was told in the interviews technical knowledge is something that can be built upon so it didn't seem like a huge flag for me. I was disappointed that I was strung along for such a long time and had to go through 6 interviews only to not get the job.
