Applied and three months later got a phone screening. The HR person seemed OK it just seemed like they were not very straight forward and were looking for ways to trip you up rather than being collaborative and learning how you are a good fit for the role. They were uncomfortably focused on you telling them the rate of pay for your last job. I mean it was over done and makes it seem like they don't want the best they are just trying to see how cheap they can get you. At one point the HR person told me I might not have " enough experience" which makes no sense because 1) they called me 2)based on my resume which shows 4 years and the job description is asking for two. Not sure what the put down was all about. For years I wanted to work for this company NOW I do not as I do not believe they are committed to finding talent and I cannot work for a company that does not take my years of experience in their EXACT field seriously. It's been less than a week since I spoke to a recruiter. Don't care about the job outcome I accepted another position elsewhere!
