The interview process was very straightforward. I started with a phone interview directly with the senior controller. She mainly asked basic questions about myself, previous experience and only a couple accounting questions. The interview was very conversational and lasted about 40 minutes. Since the interview was so conversational, I would advise having at least 3 questions prepared to ask.
