Describe a specific difficult case I'd worked on in the past.
It was all the usual questions - why are you looking for a new job, why do you want to work here, what have you done previously.
I was right out of law school, they asked where I saw myself in five years.
The question leading to my submitting this review was: "Tell us about a situation in which you had authority over someone else and there was a problem." I told them I didn't understand the authority part of the question and asked for a little more to go on. Their response, "You know, when you work with a minority or a woman." I was floored by that because there are several things wrong with that question.
