Questions in the first interview were Competency Based questions. Hard to prepare for. They simply have to be answered on the spot. Examples include: 1) Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict within a team and how did you overcome this? 2) Was there ever a time you had to go against company policy? Why? And what was the outcome? 3) Explain a situation where you had to think outside the box to solve a problem. The second interview with the Partner was very relaxed. He/She simply wanted to get to know me. The conversation was lighthearted and quick.
