Aside from the surprise whiteboard interview at the beginning to shake you up for the rest of the day the rest of the questions are basic structured fare "Tell us about a time something didn't go your way" and whatnot. They fancy their structured process to be evidence-based and send you links to the supporting papers, but they're random and dated and not in line with current industrial & organizational psychology research--like somebody without training spent 15 minutes looking papers up on Google ten years ago and now that's The Way It Is.
