There were no questions. Only pitching myself and one other gentleman. Blake, (the director) virtually gave an infomercial on how we too can make money like him one day. He also mentioned something about "people who don't want to work". I was a little puzzled with that and he explained himself by saying, "People who didn't show up for the "interview today". They were the smart ones.

They do not ask you any questions. The manager says this is just an information session for you to learn about the company, but you are told by a recruiter that you have an interview for the position, when you are just really going to a cattle call information session.
The only question I was asked over the phone was whether the city they are located in would be a good commute.

Background. Driver's license. Availability (evening hours and Saturdays).
