While the other interviews were pretty standard, straightforward stuff, the CEO zeroed on the fact that I quit a job in 2006, saying that his company "doesn't hire quitters." Aside from the fact that occurred over 15 years ago, I'm pretty sure SOMEONE at the company had to quit a job to work there. I received a rejection letter the next day with the smug remark of asking me "not to cry about it too much."
