I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The first phone interview went okay, the process was quick until the last interview. The second and third people I interviewed with were attentive and great to speak to. My last interview was incredibly unprofessional, they rescheduled my interview at the last minute, on the actual day of my interview they were over 15 minutes late. I had to email them, they did not even give me the courtesy to let me know they'd be late after rescheduling. During my last interview I did not feel that I was being taken seriously from the beginning. Sure enough, after that I sent a follow up email and received a response saying they moved forward with another candidate.
