Stage 1: deductive, inductive, and numerical reasoning test Subsequent stages: Tell us something about yourself that's not written in your CV, what would you enjoy/not enjoy working with a clone of yourself, tell us what market we could venture into based on some given data, give a guesstimate of how many mattresses were sold in Germany in January 2022 etc. In general I think the interviewers try to see your thinking process, and they were really understanding.
