IBM Optim related detail. Seems they are an IBM shop. Why would a tiny (and a very shaky) company choose such toolset and rely on IBM solutions is an unknown to me. This acquisition of Focus Technologies must be a headache!!!!
The interviewer didn't ask me many questions at all.. he did majority of the talking.
