Phone interview with a recruiter followed by two face to face interviews. Was invited to their campus in Houston. Two 1 hours interviews, technical and behavioral. The interviewers follow a script. BP like all big companies in Oil & Gas move very slow in its interview process. The whole process took about 3-4 months from the day i applied.
