The interview was for a entry level well site leader position. It consisted of two parts, a behavioral interview with general HR questions and a technical interview. The behavioral questions are generally situation based and you are expected to give examples from your past using the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
My interview was a two hour face to face interview. They asked me the same question multiple times. Each time I had to describe a new scenario. It felt intrusive, as if they were trying to find out the worst things I have ever done in my life. They also do a very intensive facebook search on their employees I later found out.
