Interview
I applied in November. After application screening they invited me to the English test exam (grammar , writing and speaking skills). After passing English test I was invited to take an Ability test and after ability test they finally invited to 1:3 interview (HR advisor, geologist an geophysicist asking technical questions). It was my first technical interview experience and I'm glad that it was with BP. Interviewers were always smiling and asked questions clearly. After getting an offer I passed medical check-up and signed the contract.

First we had a test, it had basic mcq questions from well logs and petroleum geosciences. then we were shortlisted to the interview. It was amazing, the interviewer was polite and helping. The interview was for 1 hour and I was given 3 slides of seismic section to look into and interpret.

I applied through the AAPG Student Expo in Houston. I talked to recruiters on Thursday afternoon and in the evening I was called to come back the next day for an interview which was a behavorial one. The questions were mainly centered around BP core values.
