was very straight forward. they used provided template. took around 1 hr 30mins. 3 people in there to interview me. one line manager, HR manager, one of.. manager (I cannot remember this person title). no pressure.

you should link every answer with company strategy. for example, how do you handle complex issue with contractor during project execution? then you think about BP strategy. "Risk, Partnership, Capability" mix all these to find the answer.
