I applied for the Payroll position in July 2018. I received a call on Sept 5th from the BP recruiter. We did a phone interview right away. The phone interview went well and so she told me that should would set me up with a face to face interview the following week. I went on the interview with the hiring manager and the HR rep. The interview went well; at least that's what I thought. I asked them if I was selected, what would be the next step, they said they would send an assessment the next week. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I emailed the recruiter and she said she would get back to me. I haven't heard anything. I would have expected some kind of response whether I was selected or not. I haven't received a thing. I am still holding on to that mustard seed faith. I really want this position. Good thing, is that I am still working, so its not like I'm out of work. But this would be a great opportunity for me to grow. With this being a big company, it could be several reasons for the delay. So we shall see.
