it was cordial didnt ask too many technical questions. asked basic questions on geology and structural part. In the hr round there were many questions like what are my strengths and what are my weaknesses and how do i intend to overcome them

Competency based interview the worst exp for a senior level role, the interviewers had totally different perspective to the bp core values. Very disappointed with the experience, it’s not a workplace of the future.
