Interview
I had applied online and received an email with an interview invitation. I booked a date online and got a booking confirmation mail. At the beginning of my interview, the store manager gave me an orange front vest and took me a tour in the shop and showed me different parts of the shop and ask me if I have any health condition that restricts me from manual handling works like lifting more than 6 kgs and other manual works.
Then we went back to the staff room and met the line manager. The store manager then took my visa details and tell me to fill up my passport and visa number. After that, the questionnaire started. They had so many questions. The store manager was asking me the questions and the line manager was takings notes. The whole process took about 30 minutes. After a mountain of questions, they said they would let me know by the end of the week, The area manager walks me through the door.
Both of the managers were very friendly and lively.

Interview
Interview process is easy. They tell you this-this date you'll have an interview.
They ask you Questions and that's that. I had three rounds, they'll ask you questions yada yada but if you ask them any question, they have no logical response. My 3rd round, the person didn't want to hire me at all and was going through the motions. When I asked him a question, his response made 0 sense. Its like I asked him the color of the sky and his response was I like to play Ludo.
the interview was easy, no need to stress, interview taken by manager, the need to be fluent in english, need to be friendly nature for customers, need to show empathy
