Interview
I applied for a senior counsel in November 2020. I was impressed that about a week later I was asked to do a video interview. I believe I had ten days to submit it. I spent time preparing and submitting the interview by the deadline and then total radio silence from Bp. I finally received a rejection email several months later in 2021. I never talked to a person during the interview process. It was all by email/interview software where I recorded answers to questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX)
Interview
Initial interview was with HR person. Second interview was with hiring supervisor and her supervisor. Questions were structured around company values. The interviewers followed a fairly prescriptive interview process that I assume was used to "grade" and interviewing person's responses.
