I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX) in Feb 2022

Interview

A preliminary interview with the HR recruiter. A week later, a one-on-one with the hiring Vice-President. A week later, two back to back one-hour panel interviews. All done remotely. I was told I would be provided an update one week after the panel interviews were concluded. I never received an update even after contacting HR multiple times.

Online tests Interview phone Assessment centre Offer of employment Smooth process typical industry practice. Interviewer very friendly from third party company conducting on behalf of BP. Waiting time for reply was 3 months. Ok ok this is annoying just show me results now.

Although, the induction takes a while to complete. Modules are done online and you do refreshments each year. Chill convo well thought out. Manager was on time and ran me through the role extensively
