Hr & Manager : Tell me about yourself. Have you worked with x,y,z tools we use here at CWD? Owner : Who do you know in the Niagara region? Have you used x,y,z tools. If you tell him no but you've used similar tools he will tell you how their tools are better and what they do but after looking it up it just sounded like he read the software description and never used said tools a day in his life. Stay away from this company and owner specifically. I don't recommend anyone work here unless they really need a job.
