Dependent on each partner, various strange questions. 1 partner had questions around motivation and process. Another partner wanted to know how you handle Resilience and get deals thru the door. Final partner - very strange but wierd, started conversations with 6-7 negative (weakness) questions

Can't remember specifically but they ask questions to see if you are basically willing to be a slave, pay you peanuts and expect you to be loyal to the company, the company comes first!
