Basic interview questions about my previous role, then comes the admin question; what passport are you holding? I reckon the interviewer uses this question to discriminate between candidates as I felt that the interviewer didn't seem to like my nationality, even though I mentioned that I have full rights to work in the UK and hold an MBA from top-tier UK university. I believe they mainly want Europeans to work with them. The interviewer was from Eastern Europe and her English wasn't that good. Although I replied to every single question perfectly and even beyond the level of understanding of the interviewer, primarily because of my education level and experience, However, I still didn't get the job, nor even bothered to give me the outcome of the application without continuously chasing the interviewer.
