What challenge did you face?
The call was focused exclusively on customer experience (CX). Unfortunately, I could not review the job as the HR system automatically removed the role (?!). After waiting a month, I had a few days to prep and could only go off of the generic title- so I brushed up on subscribers, ARPU, 5G, various markets, etc. This was so far off from the focus of the call, As a result, I was ill-prepared. Embarrassing. In a follow-up, I let the recruiter know the situation. What a waste of time and energy for both parties. A company of Verizon's stature should have a better HR system.
