The most unusual question that was asked (in comparison to normal customer service/retail positions) was "How much money have you ever been directly responsible for?" The others were fairly basic, such as "Tell me about a time you showed exemplary customer service" and "Talk about a challenging experience you had at a previous job." All very easy questions.
