Explain a time when I went out of my way for a customer.
I was asked for my social security number which is inappropriate especially if i never got an update about my application. If a data leak was to happen, now my personal information is at risk.
She asked basic questions no more than 10 questions altogether it was pretty quick and easy. Didn’t have to do anything much.
