The question that was the most poignant to me was my ability to deal with the mundane and scripted text. It's fairly ridged.
Some quiz questions are based on reading a schedule and interpreting rather or not there is availability for appts.
I don't recall any question being difficult. Most questions were asked to determine how persuasive and "thick skin" you were.
