I wasn't given the opportunity to answer any questions as the recruiter cancelled the interview 10 minutes before the call and never rescheduled. I think applicants should be aware of this going in. I was thankful that I'd read about these practices on Glassdoor and want others to know about it too.
The Executive Directer was a bit off-putting, but nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary.
