They ask you what experience you have, what your responsibilities were at previous similar jobs, what have you done that is "above and beyond", what your least favorite part of the job is, why you left the last job, what your strong suits are, what your weaknesses are, and if you have a couple jobs that you only stayed at for 6 months or so they will show concern over that and ask why you were there such a short time.
