Honestly, the interview was very brief and lacked substance, especially considering it was for a training program. One of the only things they asked me was about my previous patient care experience, but even that felt rushed. There was no real effort to understand my background or goals, which made it clear they weren’t genuinely interested in learning more about me or my qualifications.
