All behavioral-based questions, many with multiple questions in one. I prepared 30+ interview-based questions prior to going and was asked maybe two, the rest were a little more specific to the job. Ex: Describe a time when you made a mistake and how did you handle it? What did you learn from it?

Basic questions relevant to CM experience. What makes me stand out and why should I be hired over someone else. Clinical history very important.
Strengths, weaknesses, describe background/experience and why you want to work for Anthem. Also there was a clinical scenario asking how you would respond.
The computerized test asked questions related to vocabulary, mathematical and logic reasoning. Again, giving an air of legitimacy.
They didn't ask many questions, which was the most challenging part of the interviews.
