I was asked about my history, clinical experience, and given scenarios about the type of work I would be doing with them. I was also asked how I would respond in certain crisis situations.
No real unexpected questions. Interviewers seemed a bit unorganized.
When can you start? What brought you in? Why this field?
They asked me to describe a time I handled a complex case or project, how I organized the work, and what steps I took to ensure a successful outcome. It was a behavioral question to see how I approach problem-solving and manage multiple responsibilities
