I don't remember the exact wording but they were all behavioral in naming situations that were difficult with patients/family and how I dealt with them. How did I deal with a stressful situation and the outcome.
"Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation and how you handled it" etc.
No questions were asked because the interviewer did not show up.
