One interesting part was when they asked an earnest question: "How do you boil an egg?" — it was designed to test how I organize my thoughts, use grammar, and communicate clearly in English. Overall, the experience was positive, and it gave me a good impression of IBM's company culture.

I was asked if I already have the Victoria's Secret credit card, and when I said I didn't, the interviewer tried to talking me into signing up. It made me VERY uncomfortable, as if I wouldn't get the job if I didn't sign up right then.
