I went through the 1st round and overall we had a pleasant conversation, however their questions were questions were tooo generic and not really specific. They told me in the feedback that they wanted someone with more experience, which doesn't make sense because they knew from my CV the level of experience that I had. The worst thing was that the recruiter called me unexpectedly to provide feedback and didn't even let me speak during the phonecall. He just told me the update and I only had time to say hello and goodbye.

They ask questions related to the position. For myself, it was questions about how I would solve process related issues. I was asked about how I serve customers and given scenarios to work through. There might be a basic DNA sequencing question thrown in there depending on your education or job requirements.
