Incredibly vague and unstructured, few questions of import, little knowledge of the position. During our second discussion, I told her I was not interested and she began asking me the same dull questions about my experience that she asked the first time. Laughable.
Tell me about your experience, standard interview questions. Side note: the interviewer started out the interview by telling me that this may not be the right fit for the role saying "we are not a pretentious company, we're very casual". Felt as if I was getting punished for dressing the occasion in a standard blazer and black blouse.
