There were a total of 13 between the 2 interviews. Someone posted the first 8 which are the same for everyone. The other 5 vary but one of the questions asked to Describe a time you had to negotiate with a customer. What did you do and what were the results?
Background info? education? Knowledge? What is your desired salary? Etc. The questions were very basic and typical for any position. They mainly wanted to get a feel for the person that applied to their company to see if he would be a good fit. From what I have seen, skills are not as big a requirement here, mainly how personable you can be and how chummy you can be with management afterwards.
Speak about a time when you had to get several things done in a timely manner and tell me how you did it?
Can you give me an example of when you had to prioritize several tasks? What did you do? What was the result?

What do you know about Progressive? Why do you want to work there? Do you know what claims adjuster does? Then standart STAR questions, for example, how would you handle big load of work, how would you behave with upset customer etc.
