How did you overcome a particularly difficult communication problem with someone?
Describe your worst customer and what happened and what actions you took
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer, team-member, or co-worker.
Describe a time when you dealt with an angry customer.
Describe a time when you went above and beyond what was asked of you.
Very little information is given about the actual job you will be doing if hired and therefore the questions are very difficult to answer with any kind of context. Just be prepared for very open ended questions.
Think of a time you had to think outside of the box when handling a claim. This is not a bad question per say, but being a claims handler is not a creative position and your handling depends a lot of state laws.
They were looking for dynamic customer service experience. The questions weren't too difficult. Just make sure you are specific with respect to any particular experience you are sharing.
