The position was to promote the founder of the company not the company itself so the one question that stuck in my head was what I would be the first things I would focus to promote/market the founder.

I don't remember exactly but something along the lines of how do you work in a team? If a conflict were to arise where a deadline might not be met, how would you approach the situation? How would you communicate with your colleagues to make sure they submit everything they need to? etc
How you find research work? Interesting or boring?
Describe your course work and any experience in communications. Can you explain the components of a press release? Some background and situational questions were asked as well. Portfolio or writing samples were very beneficial.
