A few competencies were tested (based on the 14 leadership principles). Among others ownership and bias for learning. Where examples were asked from my previous experiences.
Half of the interviewers were technical/engineers, e.g. BDA and had no idea what the marketing role required.
One question that arose was coming from the background that I have, would I find this role not challenging enough?
