They were set on someone from an agriculture - beef specifically - background and it made me appreciate the job more. Too often people are hired into industries without experience and speak as the voice of a company, which can lead to misrepresentation. I would go back in a heart beat if a promotion was available and/or remote work. I only left because of family/spouse's job relocation.
