Very pushy on weaknesses. Wanted multiple examples of specific cases in which one had failed to deliver on a significant project and where that failure had led to significant reprecussions. One of my interviewers seemed unsatisfied with my answers but was also unhappy when I admitted that I did not have an example to suit his question.

What's one of DBS initiatives that stood out to you.
The task was tricky, and made to probably test the ability of the candidate to follow the way bunq do things, for me it was hard to manage the whole aspect of it in one day, so I did not pass. Howrver, it was a good learning and the team gave me honest feedback in a kind way.
