No real questions to mind but more of a conversation style interview process. However I work for one of their largest competitors and I did feel they were sniffing for information on how we structure our department so they can figure out how to structure their own department!

Well balanced mix to test hard-knowledge (i.a. cryptography) and the soft skills (international and inter-cultural experience in leading process changes and boosting innovations)
