Skills assessment taken very seriously, don't think "what can I bring to your organization", think SAT. Proctored, and speed based so don't waste too much time or it will log you out, A lot of word based algebra, some very simple grammer and a section for programming (this was the non-tech version) that just wants to assess how quickly you pick up new concepts-you need not be a programmer.
During the interview it was pretty straight forward questions about what i did at my last job. Where did i see my career going. Then they went into detail about the position and ask if I was willing to travel.

Good because: It will show you their priorities and whether they have actually thought about what a project manager does. It will also demonstrate whether they are a good cultural fit for your team. If you have a strong focus on process and they think the most important thing is to be flexible and adapt processes as you go, then you probably won’t get on.
They don't ask you questions. They ask you to work in group with others in the training room to describe the importance of some basic project deliverables: SoW; project plan; communication plan; staffing plan; etc.
