Telephone interview questions - basic maths e.g 5% of 200. 144/12=. What did I experience when I first went into a metro bank. Scenario questions- only about 4 questions fairly straight forward e.g. if someone was complaining they had received bad customer service and haven't had their problem resolved what would you do?
