Questions varied depending on the interview stage: the first two interviews revolved around my interest in Zapier and relevant experience, the skills panel interview was centered around the take home assignment (thought process + assignment presentation + Q&As), and the core values interview consisted of questions to determine my cultural fit at Zapier.

After the first set-up call, the second meeting was with a UX Manager and Talent Aquisition Manager to understand your job experience and background. During the third meeting you present projects from your portfolio and discuss them in a peer review format.
Show us some work! That was pretty much it; there were no follow-up questions or answers to my inquiry as to what specifically they would like to see.
